Puppy Inquiry — Diamond C Labradors

Please read the below information before inquiring about a puppy from one of our litters.

All of our dogs at Diamond C are sold on a AKC limited registration basis. We will consider full registration to approved breeders and show homes only.
Our pups are $3,500 for limited registration. Once you have decided to purchase a puppy from us, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit that is put towards the purchase price. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, if for some reason the sex or color was not born in the litter of your deposit, you have the option to switch to another color or gender, or move to another litter. We only refund deposits if something happens to a puppy on our end such as, illness, injury, etc. Should you decide not to proceed with your puppy purchase, your deposit will remain in good standing with us and can be used towards a future puppy.
Deposits are accepted via Square, Venmo, & Zelle. We will send an invoice breaking down your deposit and final payment. Please be advised that we charge a 5% credit card fee as this is what Square charges us. Square does have the option for Afterpay. If you would like this option, please let us know before the invoice has been sent.

Deposit Information

Once your deposit is placed, we ask that you please let us know what color and gender you prefer.
We wait until the 6-week mark for us to choose your puppy. At 6 weeks, the puppies are starting to develop their own unique personalities, where we are able to see what the best fit will be. We make recommendations and choose the best puppy for what would best fit your families lifestyle based on their personality traits. Please entrust us with doing so, we are here to provide you with a lifetime of happiness for your new family member. At this time we also send out the final payment request. Your payment must be received in full no later than 7 weeks unless previously discussed with us.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO VISIT PUPPIES BEFORE THE 8 WEEK MARK! Diamond C has this policy simply to protect ourselves and our litters from outside contamination. Puppies are like babies, and don’t have a strong immune system when they are first born. Please do not ask us to break this policy for a visit before the 8 week mark. We will not take any risks in subjecting our litters to contamination.

All of our puppies are dewormed on a 2-week interval from the day they are born.
At the 5-6 and 8 week mark they will receive their first booster vaccines along with a kennel cough vaccine. We use Nobi Vac DAPPV+CV for our booster shots, and Nobi Vac Intra Trac KC for our kennel cough vaccines. Most breeders only give the first round, we want to make note that we do in fact administer two rounds before they go home. We do this as precaution and protection for the puppy once it goes home.
Please DO NOT ask us to come and see your puppy before the 8-week mark at which time they go home. We will not compromise or subject our litters to disease until they have had time for their vaccines to take effect.

We send weekly pictures and updates while your puppy is in our care.
We are always a text/phone call away at any time you need us, and this stands for even after your puppy goes home. As breeders, we provide a lifetime of care and advice should you ever need it for your new family member.
All of our puppies come with a 24-month health guarantee and contract. The health guarantee covers hips, elbows, and eyes as long as all of the requirements have been met listed within the contract.
Our puppies are also sent home with a health certificate signed and certified by our veterinarian.
ALL PUPPIES GO HOME AT 8-WEEKS. We give customers a 3-4 day window to pick up their puppy, if we have to hold a puppy after their time to go home, it is a $25 per day fee.
We feed all of our dogs and puppies Pro Plan Sport All Life Stages. It is also stated within our contract that your puppy remains on Pro Plan or something comparable.
